ESAB FILARC PZ6115 is an all-positional, rutile cored wire for use with mixed gas providing very good toughness down to -50°C, with increased corrosion resistance in seawater. Ar/CO2 gas. ESAB FILARC PZ6115 has a soft spatter-free spray arc at all currents. A single parameter setting can be used to cover any welding position (Ø1.2mm/230A). Deposition rates in vertical-up welding are up to 4-5Kg/h at elevated currents. Slag is easily detachable. Welds have a good tie-in and a good appearance.
