For fast and accurate bevel welding applications, the PipeBevel 360E is the ideal machine for on-site applications with a variety of pipe materials of steels and stainless steels. Portable and lightweight, this bevelling is also super-fast and simple to use. The user interface bears a resemblance to other Exact pipe saws, making things easier for the operator to adapt after pipe cutting. A built-in stopper feature makes it much easier for the user to make additional bevels to the same pipe diameter. This is done to reduce cycle times and to improve workflow. The beveller cutting head includes 3 cuttings tips, each possess 4 cutting edges to rotate once becoming blunt. Making this feature more economical with a prolonger blade tip life. Cutting heads and cutting tips are to be ordered separately.
